Saint Columb's Park

Saint Columb's Park is located on the banks of the River Foyle. It comprises of 70 acres of parkland in a historic demesne.  At the heart of the park is Saint Columb's House dating from the 1770s, former residence of the Hill family.

The park was vested by the council in the 1930s. It has allotment spaces, tennis courts, running track, grass pitches and synthetic hockey pitches. It has an adventure play area also.

In the historic park is a walled garden. The park is also known for its biodiversity. Running through the park are greenways connecting to the Foyle Bridge downstream and the Peace Bridge.

Getting There

By car take the Limavady Road out of the city centre and enter at the car park at Foyle Arena.

On foot the park can be access from city centre walking across from the Peace Bridge through Ebrington Barracks.
