Derrymore House

Derrymore House

Derrymore House is an eighteenth century, cottage-style house and demesne now owned by the National Trust. You can walk along the driveway towards the yellow, thatched cottage and along tracks within the demesne. Pass between grassy pastures and the beautiful planted woodland of the estate grounds.



Opening Hours

Drawing Room is open on Bank Holiday Mondays, 12th July, and one day for European Heritage Open Days 2pm to 5:30pm. Last admission is 45 minutes before closing.



No charge to access grounds. To access the Drawing Room within Derrymore House, is £2 per adult and children go free.

Circular, 36 miles

Ring of Gullion Way. A circular walk through and ancient volcanic landscape..

Linear, 20 miles

Newry Canal Way. Quiet, easy route mostly on the canal side path.
