Delamont is great for families. The park features a huge adventure playground, walking trails, a fresh air gym, boat trips, a shop, bbq area and visitors centre. Kids young and old will love the miniature Thomas the Tank Engine Railway. At 1 Kilometre long this colourful railway delights as it chugs around the outskirts of the meadow and sounds it's horn as it passes through the tunnel.
All walks are wheelchair accessible and there are two mobility rambling scooters.
Strangford Lough, a birdwatcher’s paradise that is also one of Europe’s most important marine sites.
Camping and caravanning is also available.
The Strangford Lough Canoe Trail can be accessed from Delamont Country Park.
