Burnfoot

From car park on Derryork Road next to New Bridge follow the river bank north past disabled fishing stands to come to a footbridge. Cross the Bovevagh River and continue along the bank for 1 km then take a sharp left turn onto a farm lane. Continue to meet Straw Road turning left to return to Burnfoot.

In Burnfoot village you can turn left at the football pitch to return to the car park via the riverbank or continue to the junction of Derryork Road and return to the car park.

Getting There

Continue through the town of Dungiven, heading towards Derry/ Londonderry. Turn right onto the Drumrane Road, following signs for Limavady. Upon reaching the village of Burnfoot, turn right onto the Derryork Road, where there is a car park on the left hand side.
