Adventure Race Training

About the Idea

With the increasing numbers of people taking part and enjoying the shorter one day adventure races and other multi-sport races we have set up a course especially set up for the needs of kayaking for these races.

Four Elements Adventure are introducing an Adventure Race Kayak Training Workshop that will cover kayak, paddle and kit choice, kayak safety, basic strokes & capsize drills, race repairs and quick fixes, race tactics and a lot more.

This sort of workshop is a great introduction to kayaking in general, but perfect for those wanting to take their racing to that next level and to give them that edge over some other teams.

Book a private session on a date that suits you (minimum 4 people) for £25p.p and look forward to feeling the rush when you cross the finish line!
