About the Idea

Indoor, Outdoor, or both, your place, or ours!

Four Elements Adventure designs custom teambuilding events from outdoor team challenges, outdoor adventure activities, indoor teambuilding exercises, conference energisers and themed outdoor challenge events, such as, ‘I’m a celebrity’, ‘Bear Grylls Challenge’, ‘Survivor’ and the ‘Four Elements Experience’!

We do this for corporate groups, public sector, educational and youth organisations and they can last from a few hours up to a few days for up to 150 participants at a time!

We run our teambuilding, corporate activity and conference events at our Sperrins base in the scenic Gortin village and our Atlantic base in Bundoran, adventure capital of Ireland! Events run all year round for pre-booked groups.

Or if you prefer we can come to you!

We can deliver all challenges in your local area and many we can do on site at your school, youth club or business venue.

We like to keep all activites outdoors, however if you prefer indoors we have purpose built sports halls in the heart of the Sperrins and in Bundoran at our disposal. We also provide residential accommodation to suit all budgets.

Many of our outdoor activities and teambuilding activities can be combined as superb team challenge events and outdoor team journeys, multi-activity events or offered singly as an experiential taster created especially for your company or organisation.

Our Range of Team Building Outdoor Activities:

Archery, gorge walking, abseiling, raft building, rock climbing, Canadian or open canoeing, kayaking, surfing, coasteering, leadership tasks and leadership challenge events, hill walks, orienteering, problem solving and teambuilding exercises, parachute team games, trust and confidence building exercises, night journeys, night lines, team bonding events, themed adventure challenges, mountain expeditions and canoeing expeditions, adventure bootcamp, mountain navigation, map reading, outdoor cooking, bushcraft, camping, shelter building, backwoods skills and bivouacs, breakdancing, graffiti art and skateboarding.

Half Day Session (3-4 hours) or Full Day Session (6-7 hours)

Welcome meeting outlining goals and objectives then straight into energising ice breaker activities.

Team-building session – a mix of challenging games, and tasks to improve communication skills and team work with plenty of fun thrown in!

Lunch – Bring you own or let us cater for you!

Activity session – choose from the following:

Canoe treasure hunt; Rafted Canoe trips; Orienteering; Raft Building; Navigational challenges; Digital scavenger hunt; Coasteering; Surfing; Blo-karting; Kayaking.
