You'll also enjoy a selection of our most popular activities such as guided mountain walking, canoeing, yoga, outdoor circuits, rock climbing and many more, all delivered by expert instructors who'll inspire you with their love of outdoor exercise.

Our chefs will show you how healthy eating can be very tasty indeed and our resident medical professionals will answer any health and diet questions you may have.

Accommodation is in our peaceful, stunningly located mountain cottages in the heart of the Mournes.

The weekend will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and understanding so much more about the way food and lifestyle are damaging our bodies and the best way to kick the bad habits.
