On The Day

On arrival at Life HQ in Castlewellan Forest Park situated at the foot of the stunning Mourne Mountains you will be met by a friendly and experienced instructor for your session. You will then be kitted out with all the necessary equipment needed for whichever activity you and your partner choose to do. After this you will be given a safety briefing and instruction before enjoying your unique experience in the great outdoors! The whole session including changing time (were appropriate) and instruction will last 1.5 hours.
