About the Event

Have you let your fitness slip ? Thinking of getting back to exercise? Do you what an activity that delivers an all body work out, with out going to the gym? Nordic Walking is the answer especially if you enjoy the outdoors.

Nordic Walking is a specific technique that promises to deliver a more effective way of walking burning more calories and using more muscles, than walking without poles. The poles are specially designed for Nordic Walking. Using poles also reduces the stress on joints.

The workshop is delivered by an experienced, qualified, approachable and motivated Nordic Walking and Fitness Instructor, who will look after you and motivate you all the way!

After the workshop you will have the basic technique that will enhance your own walks. Another benefit is that you could join one of my weekly Nordic Walking sessions and other walking events so that you can continue on your journey to better health and fitness for life.
