Big Bike 2012 - Celtic Chrono Leisure Event

About the Event

The Celtic Chrono Leisure Cycle will be 22 miles in length, covering the same course as the Pre Olympic Event (see details below).This event gives the community a chance to be a part of the Olympic legacy and also to raise much needed money for one of our designated charities.

Why not spectate at the Pre Olympic Elite Women Time Trial which will take place earlier in the morning at 9am and will have competitors from all over the globe competing for Olympic points. The race distance will be 22 miles, using the same route as the leisure cycle. The race will start within the grounds of Stormont Estate and will travel towards Newtownards, Bangor, Hollywood and TIllysburn and return to the Prince of Wales Avenue to the finish, providing a world class sporting attraction for Belfast City and the surrounding areas.
