Ski faster, longer and better by getting fit through this ski specific training.
The outdoor ski fit sessions are run by a highly motivated qualified ski and fitness instructor, who will inspire you to get the most out of your ski trip.
Using the "outdoor gym" for specific exercises this training will work on aspects such as balance, weight transfer, stamina, endurance, strength and technique.
Sessions are fun, but not quite as much as skiing!
