Okay it’s not “just walking with poles”.It’s about learning to walk, engaging muscles your body through modern living forgot,you had !
Using specially designed poles in a specific but natural way (you won’t look stupid) enabling you to walk
•with less effort on joints
•faster but with less perceived energy
•increasing your range of movement
•increase the number of calories burnt (compared to walking without poles )
•And loads more… you need todo it to believe it!
You will also be shown how to do muscle toning exercises using the apparatus (park benches, fences etc.) we find in great outdoors for a full and effective all body work-out.
