Fed up cycling up and down the same old roads? Add a bit of excitement into the mix and try out Blessingbourne’s Mountain Bike Trails and Pump Track . The perfect place to introduce you and your family to the exhilarating world of mountain biking. Situated in the stunning Blessingbourne Estate you won’t have to worry about any traffic along the family friendly biking route as it meanders through beautiful woodlands. Or for the more adventurous family members have a go at honing your skills on the pump track. Check out this video to see the trails in action.
For guaranteed fun with the family head to Share Holiday Village. Situated in Lisnaskea, the largest activity provider in Ireland is sure to keep everyone happy. Channel your inner robin hood with an archery session, hold on tight as you zoom across the lake on a banana boat or scale the climbing wall. Share provides these activities and more, making it a great place for a birthday bash with a difference.
For some eco-friendly fun in the heart of the Fermanagh Lakelands head to Corralea Activity Centre. The multi-activity centre boasts no less than three water trampolines all connected by various walkways and logs. The floating obstacle course and see-saw is sure to be a real hit with the kids (and kids at heart!). For families with teens, once back on dry land have a go at Correlea’s pump track, and experience the thrills of mountain biking. If you can’t wait to get back on the water then look no further than the Lough Erne Canoe Trail. Fermanagh is home to the magnificent lakes of Lower and Upper Lough Erne. The later with its narrow channels and slow flowing water is an ideal place for a relaxed canoe trip.. Complete beginners can start with a guided trip whereas the more experienced can avail of Canoe hire, and camping facilities available along the trail.
