Do I have to select a specific date for the activity experience when I buy the voucher?
No, you simply just purchase the voucher. The lucky recipient will be able to book a suitable date directly with the activity experience provider. The activity experience gift vouchers are valid for ten months from the date of purchase.
Where does the activity experience gift voucher get sent to?
You can choose to have the voucher delivered to either your address or the recipients address. The voucher will arrive in a plain envelope so as not to ruin any surprise.
What does the activity experience gift voucher look like?
The activity experience gift voucher is an OutdoorNI.com branded A5 card and will arrive in an orange envelope. Supplementary pages will include details on how to book etc.
The purchaser will also receive an OutdoorNI.com branded e-voucher which you can also send onto the lucky recipient.
When will the gift voucher arrive?
Gift vouchers ordered before 5pm on weekdays (Monday - Friday - excluding Public Holidays) will be sent by Royal Mail First Class by 2pm the next working day. If paying by e-cheque we will dispatch the gift voucher once the cheque has been cleared by PayPal, this normally takes 5-7 days.
Whoops I’ve bought the wrong present! Can I get a refund?
Please ensure to check the suitability section of each experience before booking. Many have restrictions on age, health, height or weight.
Refunds can be made on unused vouchers by contacting OutdoorNI.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds can only be made to the purchaser of the gift voucher.
Refunds will be made electronically and returned to the account from which the payment was made. If you used a PayPal balance or bank account, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card, the money will be refunded to your card. This may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement. The refund will be credited to you in the currency of the original payment, using the same conversion rate used for the original payment
The activity experience gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or credit with OutdoorNI.com or the activity provider. The activity provider may allow you redeem the gift voucher against another activity experience they offer but this is at their discretion.

What are the postage arrangements over the Christmas and New Year Holidays?
The last postage day before Christmas for Royal Mail 1st Class post is Thursday 20th December. Therefore orders must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 19th December to guarantee delivery. For international postage arrangement see www.royalmail.com/greetings - remember orders must be received by 5pm the day before each postage deadline
The OutdoorNI.com office will be closed from Friday 21st December 2012 to Monday 7th January 2013 and therefore any vouchers purchased within this period will not be posted until Tuesday 8th January 2013.
During holiday periods you will still receive an OutdoorNI.com branded e-voucher as soon as you purchase. This can be sent onto any email of your choice.
